The Data Analyst Lead provides complex analysis of both quantitative and qualitative healthcare data from various data sources in support of institutional decisions. This person will bring significant value to both the technical and non-technical sides of the organization by performing and training others on complex exploratory analysis for further technical development or by developing or overseeing the development of high quality, impactful dashboards using charts, graphs, drilldown, navigation and other data visualization techniques. The position is responsible for the day-to-day design, development, monitoring, documentation and support of all products as well as mentoring and guiding all junior staff members.
In the Department of Information Services, the HPC Storage Architect plays a critical role in supporting the research lifecycle which in return supports clinical outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various departments at St. Jude allowing world class researchers provide treatment to patients. The position will provide HPC data storage support for some exciting areas at St. Jude including our proton beam and our Pediatric Genome project.

This person will utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software or other system issues. Assists in the coordination, direction, or execution of system and/or network installations, configurations, and modifications. Plans and carries out Systems Team planning activities. Tracks assigned systems or network components for purposes of performance tuning and capacity planning. Establishes and revises systems or network administration and operations policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and security. Supports disaster recovery (DR) software, hardware, policies, and procedures.
The Network Engineer position in the Information Security Department will take a supporting role in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco ACI Data Center, Cisco Wireless infrastructure, DNS, andenterprise load balancers. St. Jude is hiring a Senior UX Strategist. The Senior UX Strategist is part of the newly created Digital Experience Team at St. Jude. The Senior UX Strategist partners with clients to optimize their web sites and content by helping them define business objectives and goals, which are then combined with best practices for web design and user experience. The position is responsible for user testing, A/B testing, and leads in the development of detailed strategy documentation, including personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, and information architecture. The Senior UX Strategist will also help lead content strategy discussions and have a hands-on role in building and optimizing web pages in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system.
