As the Recieving Coordinator, you will be responsible for the acceptance, inspection, data entry into Lawson Enterprise System, and order processing for all incoming supplies and equipment for the institution. You will work collaboratively with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies generated via receipt error through working MA64 report.

St. Jude is looking for a Cook to help prepare sandwiches, salads and short order items according to the recipe and/or customer specification. The cook will also prepare meals for Patient Room Service, follow proper food handling, sanitation and storage procedures, utilize all recipes, menus and production forecast provided by the hospital's system. The new incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers and internal/external customers, adhere to department, hospital and culinary policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the hospital.
Hours: 1:30am- 7:30pm Rotating weekends and Holidays
As the Coordinator- Dangerous Goods Shipper at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, part of your role consists of coordinating the receipt, collection, staging, packaging and shipping of dangerous goods for research and support departments within the institution. Being the Dangerous Goods expert, you will be responsible for minimizing risks associated with shipping dangerous goods for the institution. You will ensure that all outbound dangerous goods shipments are shipped by the respective area and are in compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and other local, state and federal agency regulations. An ideal candidate would have knowledge or experience with Class A and B hazardous specimens, lead experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience developing and/ or leading a program.
Environmental Services Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager, Environmental Services, this position is responsible for supervising Lead Attendants/ Attendants in maintaining established work schedules, to provide a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. To also ensure sound infection Control Practices, internal moves and set ups, for special meetings/ Conference room request during assigned shift by applying sound management and human relation practices.
