The Network Engineer position in the Information Services Department will take a supporting role in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco ACI Data Center, Cisco Wireless infrastructure, DNS, andenterprise load balancers. The position is on a team of experienced engineers and analysts and is a resource for both the network team as well as consulting to other technical or business teams to develop and deploy solutions to meet the strategic goals of the organization. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly support the world-changing mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its growing research computing infrastructure needs. This position reports to the Manager of Network and Telecommunications in Information Services.
Resources include a new state-of-the-art data center, a robust modern campus network infrastructure, and partnership with other technical, clinical and business teams within Information Services to effectively engage and support the St. Jude research community.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability to deliver a high standard of system performance and availability, 24 x 7 operational support, systems management and upgrades, security, and customer service. This professional requires experience with enterprise production operations environments, and use of industry best practices in technology and processes to ensure St. Jude Children's Research Hospital systems are architected and supported to peak efficiency and availability.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bio-hazard Technician for our cleanup support. This individual will need to be able to handle different situations as well as physical demands associated with the bio-hazard role and the needs of our patients and families.
The Coordinator Grants and Contracts will be responsible for coordinating departmental activities related to federal, non-federal, industry and private sponsored extramural grants, contracts and subawards, from the initial preparation phase of the application process through closing. This position will also be responsible for training departmental faculty and staff on how to submit these types of grants.
The selected candidate will work with faculty and fellowship members in Oncology with the development and submission of grant applications. This candidate will also work with pre-award and post-award central offices at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to ensure that extramural research funding applications are submitted appropriately, timely, and in accordance with funding agency submission guidelines, and once awarded, properly managed with regard to allocated expenses, required progress reporting and close out activities. The position will also make sure documentation of expenditures is consistent with St. Jude policies and funding agency regulations (NIH, NSF, etc.) after funding is awarded.

The Data Analyst Lead provides complex analysis of both quantitative and qualitative healthcare data from various data sources in support of institutional decisions. This person will bring significant value to both the technical and non-technical sides of the organization by performing and training others on complex exploratory analysis for further technical development or by developing or overseeing the development of high quality, impactful dashboards using charts, graphs, drilldown, navigation and other data visualization techniques. The position is responsible for the day-to-day design, development, monitoring, documentation and support of all products as well as mentoring and guiding all junior staff members.
The Senior Project Manager- Financial Services functions as the primary point of responsibility for successfully managing all projects assigned within Financial Services.
The Senior Project Manager is a critical role that works collaboratively with process owners, departmental leadership and staff to promote the effective use of project management in all areas across the organization. This role will maximize the value received from the investment in financial systems, project management tools and related methodologies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enter at the ground level of a major system implementation and will have long-term responsibility to assist with regular system updates.

The Maintenance Assistant works under the general supervision of the Grounds Shop Lead, a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you will provide assistance with preventive maintenance, and repair and installation of mechanical and non-mechanical equipment using hand and power tools to achieve departmental objectives. This position is responsible for filling and transporting liquid nitrogen dewars campus-wide and transferring liquid nitrogen between dewars. This role also maintains the campus grounds in a clean, safe, attractive condition, which includes snow and ice removal during winter weather.
The Equiptment Service Technician performs installation, modification and maintenance on sterilizers, autoclaves, and other patient care, animal care and cGMP process equipment campus-wide. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, calibration and testing. This role also assists with the installation, startup and testing of new autoclaves, and process equipment campus-wide. This position performs maintenance on facility support systems (steam, condensate, pneumatics, etc.) in the cGMP and Research Facilities, as assigned.

The Coordinator of PBTC Protocol is a member of the Operations, Biostatistics and Data Management Core (OBDMC) and facilitates the execution and coordination of clinical research activities for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) funded, multi-center Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium (PBTC). In this position, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate protocol development, submission and the study initiation processes
- Participate in trial database development
- Manage protocol compliance by remotely monitoring protocol specific data and source documents for completeness and timeliness and communicating any deficiencies or delinquencies
- Ensure compliance with all Safety Management policies and procedures by monitoring adverse event reports and communicating with sites and study chairs to appropriately follow up on such notifications
- Manage protocols while ensuring compliance with Consortium policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain effective working relationships with other OBDMC personnel and broader PBTC membership and participate in administrative activities to aid in the operational activities of the consortium
- Participate in semi-annual meetings of the PBTC and training of site CRAs, as needed
The Team Lead of Grants & Contracts provides leadership and supervision for the Grants & Sponsored Programs Office staff. In this role, you will represent the department on institutional committees, as needed. You will coordinate the development and updating of policies and procedures. The lead independently supports investigator proposal submission efforts in response to unsolicited application guidelines, Requests for Applications, Public Announcements, and Requests for Proposals from a variety of sponsors of varying complexity. This position is also responsible for independently negotiating standards and more complex terms and conditions associated with federal contracts and other non-industrial sponsored agreements consistent with institutional policy and practice, that are programmatically and fiscally responsive. In the Department of Information Services, the HPC Storage Architect plays a critical role in supporting the research lifecycle which in return supports clinical outcomes.
