St. Jude is looking for a Cook to help prepare sandwiches, salads and short order items according to the recipe and/or customer specification. The cook will also prepare meals for Patient Room Service, follow proper food handling, sanitation and storage procedures, utilize all recipes, menus and production forecast provided by the hospital's system. The new incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers and internal/external customers, adhere to department, hospital and culinary policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the hospital.

As the Coordinator- Dangerous Goods Shipper at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, part of your role consists of coordinating the receipt, collection, staging, packaging and shipping of dangerous goods for research and support departments within the institution. Being the Dangerous Goods expert, you will be responsible for minimizing risks associated with shipping dangerous goods for the institution. You will ensure that all outbound dangerous goods shipments are shipped by the respective area and are in compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and other local, state and federal agency regulations. An ideal candidate would have knowledge or experience with Class A and B hazardous specimens, lead experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience developing and/ or leading a program.
The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is a new and growing department looking for professionals who are eager to help implement the mission of taking St. Jude to the world by training the clinical workforce, developing and strengthening health systems and patient-centered initiatives, and advancing knowledge to sustain continuous improvement through research.
This position is responsible for assisting the Director in planning, organizing, executing and controlling the work activities in the department or on assigned shift. It is the Operations Managers responsibility to obtain and maintain the highest possible sanitary standards and good public relations, by creating a clean, attractive, safe environment. In addition, the Operations Manager should perform other related duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

As a PAR/ Linen Technician, you will keep track of inventory and distribute linen, medical/surgical supplies, and all other products relevant to the supply needs of the nursing units, and other customers as appropriate. An ideal candidate would have previous healthcare experience, would have taken some college courses, and would be someone who is savvy with computers programs.
Under the general direction of the Director of Administration & Operations, this position is responsible for managing financial operations and grants activities of the Department of Oncology. Assists the Director of Administration & Operations with annual financial planning and manages the budgeting processes. Responsible for the departmental budget tracking and spending approvals within established limits according to institutional policies. Manages all departmental grants pre-award submission processes and post-award grants accounting activities. Supervises Coordinators of Grants & Contracts, and provides training to PIs and supportive/adminintrative staff. Develops and maintains SOPs documenting routine financial opeations within the department. Provides operational and back-up support for Director of Administration & Operations and other manager in administration to meet the needs of the departmental operation. All major components of this position require interaction with personnel at all levels of the department including department chair, division directors, faculty, clinical fellows/laboratory postdocs, managers, coordinators, administrative staff, and personnel from Financial Planing, Financial Services, Grants Accounting, Grants & Sponsored Programs, etc. Perform special projects as required or directed to meet the goals and objectives as they related to the department and institution.
In collaboration with the healthcare team, manages the educational needs of hematology patients.. Promotes awareness of the academic impact of hematological disorders on patients to parents, teachers, counselors, nurses, and academic professionals within school systems. Assists patients and families with tools to help improve academic performance for patients with neurocognitive or academic delays due to disease complications or frequent absences and/or prolonged hospitalizations. Remains up-to-date on changes in educational disability law (Section 504 & IDEA). Collaborates with the healthcare team to evaluate the academic needs of hematology patients, and participates in the development and implementation of research projects to help improve neurocognitive abilities of patients. Attends 504 and IEP school meetings in the Mid-South (western TN, northern MS, and eastern/central AR) to assist patients/families advocate for academic accommodations and modifications. Assists with the development and implementation of programs for the monthly teen support group and summer educational programs for patients. Ability to work well with diverse teams and to maintain a working network of school professionals to enhance academic advocacy for patients.

About the Position
In the Department of Hematology, the Project Manager – Clinical Analytics will be responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of projects, with particular emphasis on data management, data queries, the development of intuitive tools and reports, and other analytic-based projects for 1) quality improvement and patient safety 2) clinical research using health technology tools. The Program Manager- Regulatory Readiness will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities required for successful accreditation, licensing and certification. This includes responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes to sustain readiness for Joint Commission (TJC); manages the regulatory initiatives for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; oversees the hospital grievance process; coordinates clinical hospital policies; serves as the organizational liaison with the Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and other state and federal regulatory agencies focused on clinical care and patient safety.
The Master Data Solution Architect is a pivotal role, in the Operational Analytics team, that will ensure critical business data is curated and mastered to enhance the value of data analytics solutions and accuracy of data in operational systems. The Master Data Solution Architect will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, development, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of our Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) platform. Our pharmacogenomic research integrates high-throughput molecular analyses, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics to identify inherited germline and somatically-acquired tumor genetic determinants of drug effects in patients, with the long-term goal of optimizing personalized drug therapy for individual patients to improve treatment outcome and reduce adverse effects.

This position contributes to developing treatments for diseases and new methods of diagnosis that fall in line with the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's mission statement "Finding Cures. Saving Lives."
Much of the responsibilities for the Husbandry Technician -I will involve routine tasks essential to the care and welfare of murine models, including:
- Operating under close supervision and maintaining regular, non-specialized murine model housing areas in a neat and orderly manner
- Performing regularly scheduled cage changing in non-specialized murine model housing areas
- Maintaining adequate food and water supplies for murine model cages
- Maintaining proper murine model identification and records
- Recognizing and documenting basic murine model health problems as appropriate; fulfilling murine model health program requirements by collecting and submitting biological samples to diagnostic lab
Working Schedule: M-F; 7:00-3:30, rotating weekends and holidays, occasional overtime
The Data Analyst Lead provides complex analysis of both quantitative and qualitative healthcare data from various data sources in support of institutional decisions. This person will bring significant value to both the technical and non-technical sides of the organization by performing and training others on complex exploratory analysis for further technical development or by developing or overseeing the development of high quality, impactful dashboards using charts, graphs, drilldown, navigation and other data visualization techniques. The position is responsible for the day-to-day design, development, monitoring, documentation and support of all products as well as mentoring and guiding all junior staff members.
