We are seeking a motivated scientist for assay development with special emphasis on flow cytometry and molecular diagnostic laboratory skills. In this role you will provide technical support for global development projects, including flow cytometry panel design, implementation and cross-validation experiments. The selected candidate will be able to develop adapted standard operating procedures for limited resource pathology labs. Experience with molecular diagnostics, including tissue storage, DNA/RNA extraction, library creation preferred. The successful candidate would also be able to provide assistance on small “proof of concept” projects to help decrease major diagnostic discrepancies, increase quality of FFPE samples, and develop low cost tools to aid in diagnosis. Travel required. Foreign language skills preferred. 

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific area is required.

Minimum Experience


  • Seven (7) years of relevant post-degree work experience is required.
  • Five (5) years of relevant post-degree work experience is required with a Master's degree.
  • Three (3) years of relevant post-degree work experience is required with a PhD.

Lead Researcher

  • Five (5) years of relevant, post-degree work experience is required with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Two (2) years of relevant post-degree work experience is required with a Master's degree.
  • No experience is required with a PhD degree.
