We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Bioinformatics Clinical Scientist to join the Department of Pathology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In this role, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams of pathologists, molecular biologists, computational biologists and software engineers to design, develop, validate, implement and continually improve advanced computational pipelines for next generation sequencing (NGS) analysis of tumor and germline data for clinical and translational research applications. You will refine methodologies for data analysis, processing, visualization and storage. You will assist in preparing clinical validation and protocol documents, as well as manuscripts.
