Scrubbing up before a surgery or procedure, the doctor takes great care to assure their hands and arms are as clean and sterile as possible. The same care goes to the equipment and tools used by doctors to perform surgery and procedures. As a Sterile Processing Technician Coordinator, you would help prevent infection and the spread of disease by overseeing the sterilization and cleaning of medical equipment and tools as well as have the opportunity to act as a liaison for the department.
Work Schedule: M-F, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Rotating weekend call.
