    Are you ready to join a team that is part of the mission of St Jude that “no child should die in the dawn of life”?  We welcome you to join our Financial Planning department where they are responsible for areas of budgeting including position management, strategic planning,and cost accounting. The Financial Planning group works closely with senior administration in developing financial aspects of the institution's strategic plan. These plans are developed on a periodic basis and reflect the financial projections associated with the future goals of the institution.


    • Develops and coordinates the annual budget, monthly financial variance analysis and charge level direct cost for assigned departments
    • Collaborates directly with Information Services to ensure accuracy of system extracts and proper system maintenance
    • Works with department chairs/directors in the budgeting and costing processes
    • Maintains the integrity and accuracy of data in the Financial, Budgeting and Decision Support systems
    • Compiles, disseminates, reviews, analyzes and evaluates financial data and prepares reports and responses to inquiries from department chairs/directors or executive management

    Minimum Experience

    • Five (5) years of financial analysis experience with a budget and general ledger system that include two (2) years within a healthcare organization required.

    Minimum Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting or finance required.
    • Master's degree in Business or Health Administration preferred.

    Other Credentials

    • (NL) Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant preferred.
