    St. Jude is anticipating a need in the coming months for an Ambulatory Clinical Analyst. Join an expanding team committed to furthering research and patient care for children.  Connecting technology, patients and families together to provide a care experience that is satisfying, supportive and excellent is the driving force within the Clinical Informatics division.  We are expanding our outpatient footprint and utilizing technology will be key success factors for our clinicians and providers.  Experience within the ambulatory care service area and with Cerner Ambulatory, specifically, is desired.  This analyst role will be key in implementing and maintaining Cerner Ambulatory.  Activities will include designing, building, testing and maintenance of the ambulatory chart.  Clinical Informatics has both internal and external customers which will necessitate strong collaboration skills and cross-functional team participation.

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum three years of experience in a patient care or clinically related specialty such as: Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory Medicine/Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, etc.
    • Must include one year of departmental experience in a designated or defacto role with such responsibilities as Departmental Analyst/Coordination/System Liaison; Project Leader; Systems Support/Development
    • Cerner Ambulatory experience is strongly preferred
    • Implementation experience in Cerner Ambulatory is preferred
    • In lieu of patient care of clinically related specialty three (3) direct years in a clinical analyst or related role may be considered

    Minimum Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or in a Patient Care or Clinically Related Specialty such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory Medicine/Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, etc. is required.
