The chosen candidate will operate in a demanding and fast paced environment which will require highly functioning multitasking skills. The Part Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist will also have the ability to interact with employees from several departments such as Anesthetists, Radiation Oncology, Child Life and occasionally Researchers. Performs nuclear medicine procedures according to hospital/departmental policies and procedures.
Tuesday - Friday 6 hours per day.
One year experience in performing nuclear medicine exams/procedures required.
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program required.
Certification as a Nuclear Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or Registration in Nuclear Medicine Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.
