The Sr. Compensation Analyst at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital provides internal compensation consulting and analysis services to the organization. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of St. Jude compensation initiatives, reward strategies, competitive market analyses, equity programs, and related programs and projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform detailed, complex data analyses and develop recommendations. This position also requires a high degree of project management and client management skills. Our internal clients work in a variety of settings, including clinical, research, and support/administration.
Four (4) years of Compensation experience required. Strong analytical and Excel skills are required. Must have demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects/work initiatives. Experience in a Healthcare environment preferred. Data Analytics experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required.
PHR/SPHR designation or CCP certification preferred
