The Quality Analyst will report to the Director of HIMS and be part of a larger team in the Department of Information Sciences. The focus of this position will be quality improvement/management, regulatory compliance, accurate data collection, customer service and clinical documentation improvement. This position is also responsible for the coordination and analysis of the HIMS processes, including utilization management, customer satisfaction, and maintenance of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations compliance. This position provides guidance for all aspects within the HIMS department, focusing on the needs of the department's customers and teamwork.
