Executive Assistant

St. Jude is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with an Executive, Chair, or Vice President (VP) at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing task in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitors and coordinates the department budget, expenses, and resources
• May coordinate the grant application process
• Implement and maintain processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of department services
• Handle confidential matters
• Serve as the communication liaison for the department
• Plan special events and manages the Executive, Chair, or VP's calendar
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.

• Five (5) years of administrative support experience required. Project management experience preferred. Experience in budget management required. Experience in grant administration experience preferred. Experience in a healthcare or academic setting preferred

• High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field strongly preferred
