The Senior Research Technologist focuses on translational research support for the Developmental Neurobiology Behavioral Core Laboratory as directed by the Core’s Scientific Manager. Assist with experimental design and the collection of data for behavioral research projects. Learns and develops new protocols and executes experiments with minimum supervision. Performs other duties as assigned or directed in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the institution.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of behavioral murine experience. Additionally, the candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

A minimum of three (3) years total work experience as a SJCRH Research Technologist or three (3) years relevant post-degree experience in a similar research environment is required with a Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of two (2) years total work experience as a SJCRH Research Technologist or two (2) years relevant post-degree experience in a similar research environment is required with a Master's degree.
No experience is required with a PhD in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate scientific field is required
